Our Pet Policy is as follows -

1.) We Do Not allow aggressive breeds.

2.) Pets must not exceed 50 pounds full grown.

3.) Maximum of TWO (2) pets per dwelling.

4.) We require a NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Fee of $300.00 per Apartment.

5.) Pet Rent is $10 per month per pet.
